Introduction

There a few ways to delete rows in Gigasheet. Lets take a look at each of the ways. Deleting Rows is possible individually or by using Filters to delete either the Matching or Excluded Rows.

TABLE OF CONTENTS

Deleting A row

Step 3: Confirm Deletion of the Row by selecting "Confirm"

The row will be permanently deleted from your file.

Deleting Multiple Rows

Delete Matching Rows

Selecting "Delete Matching Rows" will delete the current result set.

Confirm Deletion:

The rows will be permanently deleted and the filter will be removed since those values no longer exist in the file. The outcome is below. No convertible rows are in the file.

Delete Excluded Rows

Alternately, we can use the same filter and choose "Delete Excluded Rows" to delete the excluded rows.

Using the same file and filters as above, where Model = Convertible, gives these results.

Selecting "Delete Excluded Rows" will delete the excluded result set. Confirm Deletion:

The excluded rows will be permanently deleted and the filter will be removed since those values no longer exist in the file. The resulting file is below. Only the rows with convertible remain.
