Gigasheet Premium and Enterprise

Gigasheet Premium allows for an increased storage quota over the Community Tier. While the free Community tier allows for storing 1GB of data in Gigasheet, Premium plans start with 10GB of storage. 


Quota is based on the total size of the files (after unzipping) uploaded to your library.  


For those with files larger than 50GB, or need more than 50GB of storage space, contact sales to discuss Enterprise plans. Gigasheet can support individual files up to 250GB, and have quotas up to 5000GB.

Can I upgrade my account?


Yes, upgrading is easy mid-month. You can upgrade your account by logging into your Gigasheet account and selecting the green upgrade button: 

'Manage Billing' on the left hand panel. From there,  select 'edit' and select the plan you wish to upgrade to. 

 

Can I downgrade my account?


Yes, you can downgrade at any time. You can downgrade your account by logging into your Gigasheet account and selecting 'Manage Billing' on the left hand panel. From there, select 'edit' and the plan you wish to downgrade to. 


Can I cancel anytime?


You can cancel your account by logging into your Gigasheet account and selecting 'Manage Billing' on the left hand panel. From there, select 'edit' and select cancel. You will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the Community tier at the end of your term. 


I am on the legacy Premium pricing. What will happen to me? 


You have the option to stay with your current plan, choose a different plan, or migrate to the free tier. You can choose the plan right for you on the Manage Billing link. For more information, please reach out to our support team at support@gigasheet.com.


Where can I download an invoice?


You can download a .pdf invoice to your account by logging into your Gigasheet account and selecting 'Manage Billing' on the left hand panel. From there, select 'edit' and select download invoice.
