Login to Gigasheet > Select a Sheet > Format > Change Case

Settings

UPPER - Makes all text values upper case

lower - Makes all text values lower case

Capitalize first - Capitalizes first letter that appears in a cell 

Proper Case - Capitalizers first letter of each word in a cell
