To upload from a Link:
After clicking the yellow “+NEW” button in the top right corner of the datasets page, then selecting File Upload, and navigating to “link”.
Next, you will be prompted to paste the download link. This can be found on many files by right clicking and copying the download link. After pasting you link and selecting “import”, your file should start to download.
