Character Count

Introduction

The Character Count function does precisely what it sounds like. It creates a new column containing the (integer form) length of each string in a specified column. This feature allows us to understand the number of characters in each cell, and allows us to filter and group by length of string. 

How to get there

Login to Gigasheet > Select a Sheet > Insert Tab > Character Count

Then, select the column you would like the characters from each cell. A new Column will generate once you hit Apply.
